IDIs are one-on-one interviews which typically last 30 to 90 minutes, depending upon the subject matter and context. Webhaptic Intelligence can conduct IDIs at our facility, remotely at a facility of the client’s choice, or via telephone. Whether just gathering thoughts and opinions or testing out a product or website, IDIs give us the opportunity to really personalize each question to gain insight into specific client needs.
